1. Shipping Partners (Anti-Fraud Priority)

To protect the authenticity of our products and ensure secure delivery, we ship exclusively through verified and reputed courier companies, such as:

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC Premium

  • UPS / FedEx (for international shipments)

  • India Post Speed Post (for remote PIN codes only)

These partners are chosen for:

  • High parcel security

  • Better fraud prevention systems

  • Real-time tracking

  • Fast and safe handling

This ensures every Blizardo product reaches you exactly as intended—authentic and untampered.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement.

  • During new drops, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require 5–14 days, depending on design complexity.

3. Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–15 business days

  • Priority International: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, remote locations, or seasonal delays.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • The courier partner name

  • A direct tracking link

Track your shipment anytime for live updates.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your location and chosen service.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on specific order values.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is correct.
If a parcel returns due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Repeated delivery attempts

  • Unavailability of the recipient

Reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please:

  • Refuse delivery OR

  • Record a video while opening the package

Blizardo is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses but will assist with courier investigations wherever possible.

8. International Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Shipment Delays

Delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs

  • Strikes

  • Courier network disruptions

are outside our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
