At Blizardo, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and care that goes into every product we create. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ For Ready-Made Products (Retail Orders)

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • The product received is different from what you ordered

  • Sizing issues (only if the product is unused and returned in original condition)

Time Window:
You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned:

❌ Custom-Made / Customized Orders

No returns or refunds for:

  • Customized prints or embroidery

  • Personalized orders

  • Bulk manufacturing or export orders

  • Made-to-order sizes or designs

Reason: These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be reused.

3.  Condition for Accepted Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, perfume smell, or signs of wear

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end (defective or wrong product).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes (subject to availability)

  • Defective or damaged pieces

If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a refund (only for retail products).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
