Blizardo offers:

• Retail apparel (limited drops, luxury fabrics)

• Customized garments (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, patches, special finishes)

• Bulk manufacturing & export services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify designs

• Discontinue products

• Limit quantities

• Change pricing without prior notice

3. Custom Orders

For custom manufacturing (logo printing, embroidery, bulk orders):

• All customization details must be approved by the customer before production

• Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed

• Artwork provided by customers must be owned or licensed by them

• Blizardo is not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-provided designs

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated

• Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (domestic or international) may apply

• Payments must be completed before order processing

• For bulk & export orders, advance payment terms apply (as communicated during order confirmation)

• Blizardo is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank/payment provider

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on location, order type, and manufacturing load

• Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed

• Export orders may face customs delays not under our control

• Any incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may result in delays or non-delivery

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once a shipment is dispatched

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Retail Orders:

• Returns and refunds follow our published Refund Policy

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Custom & Bulk Orders:

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or incorrectly produced

Blizardo reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on quality checks.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Blizardo designs, artwork, photographs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Blizardo

• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our assets without written permission

• Custom designs provided by customers remain their responsibility

8. Website Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the website’s functionality

• Attempt unauthorized access to servers

• Upload malicious software, SPAM, or harmful content

• Use our content for commercial purposes without consent

Violation may result in termination of access.

• Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events

• Loss, damage, or misuse caused by third-party services

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

• Damages arising from improper care or washing

Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the purchase.
